 missionFounded in 1996, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet. ASACP battles child pornography through its CP reporting hotline, and by organizing the efforts of the online adult industry to combat the heinous crime of child sexual abuse. ASACP also works to help parents prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online.why ASACP?Shutting down CP sites (and catching child pornographers!) can only happen if suspected sites are reported and investigated. But it's hard for the government to review all the reports with which they're inundated. In addition, members of the general public surfing the web may feel uncomfortable contacting government agencies.Fortunately, ASACP fosters communication and cooperation with the online adult industry. This means we have the outreach and access to involve adult sites and their customers, as well as the knowledge and technical ability to review submitted reports, and forward suspect sites to the authorities who consider our Red Flag Reports to be high priority.

I just wanted to say thank you and let you know how grateful I am to see your efforts are making a profound impact on the child porn distributed on the web. I was told a few years back that there is no way to get rid of the child porn on the web because these people if caught just abandoned the old URL and popped a new one out just as quick as the snap of my fingers. This was discouraging to me because it hurts me to see these innocent beings of light being manipulated into doing things that will destroy the way they interact with there fellow beings the rest of their life here in the flesh. I'm amazed at just how sick some of these people are to have sex with infants, I just don't understand how you get to that space. It makes me so angry, I wish that there was a way to eliminate this urge from these people that commit such acts, but even if you removed there arms, hands, legs, and sexual organs, they would still have that desire and could still harm children. I just didn't know how to handle this because what I was hearing was that these people were going to keep getting away with this. Then I ran into your web site while surfing the net looking for an organization like the FBI that could at least attempt to put a dent in it.All I can say is WOW! Your company is doing a great job at choking these people. What I understood as impossible, has been given hope due to your efforts to eliminate such material off the net. What I can tell you is, every web site that I have turned into you has been blocked within a few weeks which tells me that your team is actively pursuing these criminals. I just wanted to say thank you very much for your love and light, because without it, our world is progressing into an abyss I'm not sure we know how to get out of.
